Background

Centerprise are one of the UK’s largest technology resellers and have been a trusted provider of IT hardware and services to the public sector for over 30 years.

Moving into a new phase of growth and looking to expand their reach in education, Centerprise chose to work with us for our knowledge and experience in the sector. Looking to find new partners and boost their budget, they opted for our cost-neutral campaigns service, focusing on developing their presence with new market development funds (MDF) opportunities.

Strategy

Our knowledge of the industry and strong existing vendor relationships allowed us to move quickly – we immediately set out to grow their vendor marketing landscape by supporting on strategy, plans and campaigns.

Given their position as an established business in the sector, we looked for opportunities to grow in their existing vendor landscape, securing new pots of incremental funds, as well as explore new ones with some of the world’s biggest vendors.

Working closely with their commercial team on focus, we have created compelling campaigns that attract vendor funding, ensuring compliance with programme and branding requirements, and assisted with submitting claims and evidence.

Inflowing have been instrumental in helping us to secure fresh marketing funds from new and existing vendors. This has enabled us to go out to market with many more campaigns than we would have been able to previously, and their campaigns have been directly responsible for driving leads and sales revenue into our business unit.

Results

Centerprise are now working with exciting new vendors, have strengthened their existing relationships and significantly grown their MDF. In a year, we have secured Centerprise over £50,000 of net new incremental MDF which they didn’t have before. Excitingly, there will be multiples of this realised over the coming year as the rebate based funds materialise off the back of the increasing sales performance.

As an extension of their marketing and vendor team, Inflowing are heavily involved strategically in helping to onboard new partners. We continue to plan and execute innovative campaigns that deliver return and help secure more funding.
