Background

e-days is an annual leave and sickness tracker which makes absence management easy for organisations of all sizes, from anywhere.

After a review of their agencies at the start of 2018, with the intention to look at a more local approach that allowed for closer interaction with partners, they retained Inflowing to provide marketing strategy and inbound services.

Strategy

Inflowing immediately set about getting e-days’ SEO back on a sound footing and correcting some of the faults of their previous agencies.

Following a short onboarding process, Inflowing identified personas, keywords and areas for improvement before implementing their ongoing strategy. With some agencies this initial approach takes months, however we were able to do this quickly and efficiently, allowing us to also work on improving on site SEO and undertaking content outreach within the first month.

e-days also take Inflowing’s helpful Virtual Marketing Director services. Supporting their internal Marketing Manager with quarterly strategy sessions has meant a valuable input of external thoughts and ideas that have helped to improve the marketing planning process.

Plans are afoot to work on other areas of the inbound process as part of an overarching transformation of their marketing approach.

We have seen an immediate improvement in our traffic and conversions from SEO, as well as increased interaction from the content produced by the team at Inflowing.
