Specsavers is a major consumer brand, owing to its major presence on UK high streets and huge dominance of the eyecare market in the UK. They wanted to match stores with the biggest employers in their respective areas to supercharge their B2B revenue.

Strategy

We worked with regional directors to craft an account-based marketing approach. A company target list was generated, analysis was undertaken to assess current levels of engagement and a significant programme of advertising and outreach was completed to generate leads within priority prospects.

Results

Since implementing the account-based marketing programme, initial proof of concept stores have gone on to achieve an 8% uplift in its corporate business – double the performance of its consumer business during the same period. This market-leading approach to developing big ticket B2B deals is now proven and embedded across the brand.
