COVID-19 policy and business continuity update

COVID-19 policy and business continuity update

Last update 18.03.2020 at 11:00am As a UK headquartered business in what is a fast moving global situation, I wanted to make sure that our customers and employees have a single source of truth when it comes to our COVID-19 response. Ultimately, the safety of our people, our customers and the wider communities we are part of are our utmost concern. We are taking current events very seriously. Following a management meeting 17.03.2020, and in line with current UK Government advice, we are stopping all unnecessary personal contact for the time being.

That said, it’s business as usual for Inflowing. We have implemented specific measures to try to protect the wellbeing of all, while still delivering the same quality services in a responsive manner that our customers are used to.

1) All employees across the business will be continuing their normal duties at home.

As a distributed business, all of our team already work predominantly from home. Customers can rest assured that all operations continue as normal and we are able to fulfil all commitments for current and future projects.

2) Our offices are closed for business until further notice.

Our office, Antenna, is a building that’s owned and operated by Nottingham Trent University (NTU). The entire facility is closed until further notice. During this time, mail will be redirected to NTU’s DMH building, which at the time of writing is open and operated by reception and security staff. Mail will be forwarded onto the intended recipient at Inflowing as part of our business continuity process, but please be patient with a response in light of the above. We would ask that any urgent matters be put in writing to [email protected] for the time being.

3) All face-to-face events, meetings and workshops will be cancelled until further notice.

In line with our tried and tested day-to-day business operations outlined above, and having reviewed all current customer commitments, there is no reason why video or conference calling technology cannot be used in all situations to facilitate meetings and collaboration.

To reiterate, the safety of our people, our customers and our wider communities are our primary concern right now and I thank all of you in advance for your understanding and continued partnership during these uncertain times.

If you wish to discuss any of this information, then please feel free to contact me or one of our team on our office number. We’d be delighted to help.
Stay safe,
Daley Robinson
Managing Director
