Hat-trick of projects for James Dean Events

It’s been an exciting year for James Dean Events. After moving to a group structure to accommodate two new brands, the marketing machine has been working on overdrive for the last few months.

Coffee, fizz and gelato

First off, they launched Bar Basso: a range of converted vintage horse boxes offering prosecco, gelato and barista-style coffee. With a new brand comes a new site, and we worked with them to create a site that neatly showed their range while respecting the diversity of their product offering.

Outdoor weddings

Next up, it was the launch of Tipis for Weddings – a new enterprise specialising in outdoor accommodation for weddings, corporate events and festivals. We supported with the design of a new logo, in addition to a new site following their distinctive new visual style.

Masterbrand

Finally, the pièce de résistance was a new group site for James Dean Events. This involved an initial piece of work to overhaul the brand positioning and messaging. We also worked to create an e-commerce catalogue to power the exciting new ‘Hire’ part of their business. Emphasis was given to the ‘Management’ section as part of a drive to broaden their professional services offering.

Getting it done

For James Dean Events, as a small but dedicated team, they had a lot to do and not many hands to do it. Without their own marketing resource, they needed someone to come in and deliver the projects on time and to budget.

We were able to take all three sites live within a 7 month period, from concept to completion, including all design, development, messaging development, content upload and SEO optimisation.
